Central location works well
central location helpful staff friendly interaction
The location was central to many attractions and public transport stations. Constantine at the front desk recommended a restaurant called Hespresso. It was a short walk from the hotel and the food was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly in every interaction.
The fifth floor had older rooms and required walking up stairs. The lift only goes to the fourth floor this was inconvenient. I noticed the fire escape was blocked with clean bed linen every morning which I found concerning.

The room was clean and well equipped with new towels provided daily. The bathroom was large and well supplied. The bed was excellent offering a comfortable sleep after long day.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful with constant replenishment ensuring a good start to the day. The proximity to the metro station made travel very easy. The hotel is also within walking distance of many major sites.

Fantastic Location with Modern Comfort
superb location friendly staff modern bathroom
I loved the superb location. Republica metro station is just two minutes away! The main train station is also a fifteen-minute walk away! I found many attractions within a twenty-minute walk including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff at the front desk were friendly. They were helpful too.
The lift only goes to the fourth floor. I had to carry my luggage up to the fifth floor.

Breakfast had hot options. Eggs, bacon, and sausage were available. I also saw meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and cereals offered! There was a good selection of breads as well.

perfect location friendly staff modern bathroom mood lighting
the location was perfect, very central. i found it really convenient with republica metro station nearby. the staff at reception were so friendly and helpful, especially with local tips. i booked room 101 and it included a modern bathroom with mood lighting.
the lift did not go to the floor i was staying on, and i had to carry my luggage up some stairs.

The superior triple room i booked was quite clean and nice. the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom seemed modern. the location was great. It was within walking distance of most main attractions. the termini train station was also easy to reach.

clean room effective air conditioning helpful staff
The room was clean and orderly. the air conditioning worked very well making for a comfortable stay during a hot period. the location is near the train station. This is convenient for travel. i found daniele at the front desk to be friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very small. It only fit two people comfortably.
